Shipping and Delivery

Lenz is free during early access, so nobody is being charged yet. This page is how delivery works once paid plans start.

What you get

Lenz is an online software service for fundraising. There are no physical goods, nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

When you get it

Straight away. Your workspace is available as soon as you sign in. When you subscribe, the paid plan applies immediately, with no waiting period.

Where it’s delivered

Online, at heylenz.app, in any up-to-date browser. Receipts and invoices are emailed to the workspace’s billing email and listed in Settings → Billing.

If something’s wrong

If you’ve paid and can’t get in, or something you paid for isn’t working, email hello@heylenz.app. We reply within 2 working days. See Refunds and Cancellation for when a charge is refunded.
