Refunds and Cancellation

Lenz is free during early access, so nobody is being charged yet. This page is how it works once paid plans start.

In short: cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You keep Lenz to the end of the month you’ve paid for and aren’t charged again. Months you’ve started aren’t refunded, unless we charged you by mistake.

Free trial

Every workspace gets 14 days of Lenz free when paid plans start. You don’t need a card to begin, and nothing is charged during the trial. If you don’t subscribe, the workspace becomes read-only when the trial ends; you can still export everything.

Paying for Lenz

Lenz is one plan per workspace, billed monthly in advance. The price and currency are shown in Settings → Billing before you subscribe: Indian rupees if your billing country is India, US dollars everywhere else. Prices in rupees include GST at 18%, and your invoice shows it with our GSTIN, so a GST-registered business can claim it. Prices in US dollars have no GST added.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Lenz never sees your full card number or UPI details.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, or by emailing us. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you’ve already paid for: Lenz keeps working until then, and you won’t be charged again.

After that, the workspace is read-only. Nothing is deleted, export stays available, and you can subscribe again whenever you like. How long we keep your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Refunds

We don’t give refunds or credits for a month you’ve already started, including for unused time or part of a month.

We do refund the charge in full if:

you were charged twice for the same month,
you were charged after you cancelled, or
we charged you in error.

Ask within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; depending on your bank, they usually arrive within 5–7 working days.

Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, Razorpay tries again and we email the workspace’s owners. Lenz keeps working for 14 days so you can update the payment method in Settings → Billing. If it still isn’t paid, the workspace becomes read-only until it is.

Price changes

If the price changes, we’ll email the workspace’s owners at least 30 days before it applies. The new price starts from your next billing month, and you can cancel before then.
