Who can see my pipeline?

Only people in your workspace. Anyone else who tries the link gets a "not found" page. It doesn't even let on that your workspace exists.
Inside the workspace
Everyone shares the same tables, files and automations. Drafts are the one exception. You see and approve your own, and teammates handle theirs.
When someone leaves
If you remove someone, or they leave from Settings → General, they lose access within five minutes.
