Filter it down
Click Filter, pick a column, choose a condition and click Add filter. Conditions are: is, is not, is empty, or is filled in.
Each filter shows up as a chip above the table. Click one to remove it.
You can also sort, hide columns with Show columns, or search with Search this table.
Save it for later
Got it looking just right? Open the view menu above the table and click Save current as a view. Give it a name, like "Follow up this week", and hit Save view.
A view saves your filters, sort and columns. It doesn't save the search.
Share it
The page's link holds the whole view, filters and all. Send it to a teammate and they'll see exactly what you see.
