Editing a draft before it sends

Want to tweak the wording first? Go for it.

1. Open Approvals and pick the draft.
2. Click Edit, or just press E.
3. Make your changes and click Save changes. Or press ⌘↵ (Ctrl+↵ on Windows).

Saving updates the draft in your Gmail. It doesn't send it. Once you've saved, Approve and send comes back so you can give it one last read.

Edited it in Gmail instead?

That works too. Lenz notices the draft changed and won't send an old version. It goes back to waiting until you've had a look.

Tip: use the keyboard

Press J and K to move through your drafts. Approving is click-only, though. We'd rather you didn't send an email by accident.
