Will Lenz ever email an investor without me?

Never. Lenz writes drafts, and you're the only one who can send them.

Every intro, reply and follow-up Lenz writes lands in Approvals. It stays there until you click Approve and send. Lenz has no way around that, because approving is the only way anything gets sent.

A few things worth knowing:

• If a draft changes after it was queued, even in Gmail, it goes back to waiting for you.
• Double-clicked by accident? It still only sends once.
• Automations work on a schedule, but they only ever draft. They never send.

Your drafts are yours. Teammates see and approve their own.
