Why is an email missing?
Updated
Lenz only adds an email address when it finds one listed publicly. It won't guess one. A wrong address is worse than no address, so some rows will come back blank.
Fill it in yourself
Click the cell and type the address. Got a bunch of them in a spreadsheet? Import it instead.
No address, no draft
Lenz can't draft an email to a row without an address. Fill one in and it can.
What about LinkedIn?
We don't connect to LinkedIn yet. You can paste a profile link into any row in the meantime.
