Offering times from your calendar

Updated

Asking someone to meet goes better with real times in the email. Connect Google Calendar and Lenz checks before it suggests any.

  1. Click Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. Find Google Calendar and click Connect.
  3. If your Gmail account is already connected, click Add Calendar next to it. Google only asks about the new part.

What Lenz can see

Only when you're busy and when you're free. No event names, no guests, nothing inside an event. It can't add, move or delete anything either.

The times it picks

When a draft asks to meet, Lenz looks at the next two weeks and picks two or three open half hours: weekdays, 9:00 to 17:00, never today, on different days where it can.

They're in your workspace's timezone. An owner sets that under Settings → General. Without one, Lenz uses UTC and tells you.

Can't find a free slot, or Google couldn't read your calendar? Lenz says so and asks you for times. It never makes them up.

Turning it off

Remove on the Google Calendar sheet in Integrations switches it off in this workspace. Revoking access covers turning it off everywhere.
