Adding your Calendly or Cal.com link
Updated
Tired of the "does Tuesday work?" back-and-forth? Give Lenz your booking link and let people pick a slot themselves.
- Click Integrations in the sidebar.
- Find Calendly or Cal.com and click Add link.
- Paste your link, like
calendly.com/your-name/30min, and click Save link.
That's it. No sign-in, and Lenz never opens the link or sees your calendar. It just pastes it.
When does it show up?
Only in emails that ask for time: a call, a meeting, a quick chat. Everything else goes without it. Lenz uses your link exactly as you saved it, and if you haven't saved one, it won't make one up.
You'll see it in the draft in Approvals before anything goes out.
Cal.com on your own domain?
Tick It's a Cal.com page on my own domain before you save, and any https link works.
Good to know
- Your link is just for you, in this workspace. Teammates add their own.
- One link at a time, so a Cal.com link replaces a Calendly one.
- To stop using it, open Manage and click Remove.
