Members & roles

Owners invite people and manage the workspace. Members do everything else.

Roles

Members chat with Lenz, run research, import, and approve their own drafts.
Owners can also invite and remove people, change roles, set the workspace's name, URL and timezone, manage the model key and billing, and delete the workspace.

A workspace always has at least one owner.

Inviting

Owners invite people from Settings → Members, under Invite people. Everyone joins as a member. Invitations last 7 days and can be resent or cancelled under Pending invitations.

Removing and leaving

Remove takes someone out; Leave workspace (Settings → General) takes yourself out. Either way, access ends within five minutes, and nothing they made is deleted.

Who can see what

Only members can see a workspace. Anyone else gets a "not found" page, which doesn't confirm the workspace exists. Chats and drafts are personal; everything else is shared.
