Connect Gmail

Connecting

Open Integrations in the sidebar, choose Connect on Gmail, then Sign in with Google.

Permissions

Lenz asks Google for two things:

• Read your email, so it can read replies and the threads you ask about
• Create and manage drafts, so it can write emails in your Gmail and send them when you approve

Per workspace, per person

Gmail is connected per workspace. If your account is already connected in another workspace, Integrations shows Use here.

Everyone in a workspace connects their own account. Under Settings → Email, each person picks the account they Send from and sets a Signature.

Removing it

• Remove on Integrations takes Gmail out of this workspace only.
• Disconnect everywhere, under Settings → Account → Connected accounts, asks Google to remove Lenz's access. Drafts waiting in Approvals can't be sent after that.
