Workspaces & projects

A workspace is your team's space. Projects keep each goal's tables, files, chats and automations together.

Workspaces

A workspace lives at heylenz.app/your-workspace. Everyone in it shares the same projects, tables and automations. Drafts are the exception: each person approves their own.

Owners can change the workspace's name and URL under Settings → General.

Heads up: changing the URL breaks every link to the old one. That includes bookmarks and invitations nobody has accepted yet. Nothing redirects from the old address.

To switch between workspaces, click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar.

Projects

A project is one goal: "Seed round", say. Its tables, files, chats and automations stay together.

To make one, click the + next to Projects in the sidebar. Pick what it's for and give it a name. Choose Raising a round and you get an Investors table set up for fundraising. Choose Something else and you start empty. Lenz can also make a project for you when the work needs one.

A project's page shows its tables and files, what's coming up, recent chats, its automations, and What Lenz knows: the goal, constraints and decisions Lenz has saved.

Rename, archive or delete

Open the project's ⋯ menu.

  • Rename keeps the project's address, so links still work.
  • Archive moves it under Archived in the sidebar, out of the way. Bring back restores it.
  • Delete project is for owners. It deletes the project's tables, files, chats and automations for everyone, and it can't be undone. Drafts it already put in Gmail stay in Gmail. If you only want it out of sight, the dialog offers Archive instead.

Home

Home shows what needs you: replies, drafts waiting, follow-ups due, and anything that's stuck. Below that: what's coming up, and what happened since yesterday. Sections only show up when there's something in them.
