Automations / Research runs
Research runs
Scheduled runs are the only place Lenz searches the web. Each run leaves a summary of what it added and skipped.
Web search lives here
Only scheduled automation runs can search the web, and only when the instructions call for it. Chats can't. Nothing in Lenz fetches arbitrary web pages.
What a run does
Each run starts by reading what Lenz knows about your project: your goal and any constraints. It checks the table before adding anyone, and skips people who are already there, matching on website, email or name.
It never deletes rows. It can add and update them, and draft emails that wait in Approvals.
Reading a run
The automation's Runs tab lists every run: when, the result, what happened, how many tries and how long it took. Open one to see What Lenz did: a written summary of what changed and what it skipped, and why.
Contact details
Lenz only adds an email address it finds listed publicly. It won't guess one, so some rows come back blank for you to fill in.
