Columns

Click the + next to the first column's name to add a column. Columns can hold text, a number, a date, an email, a link, a choice from a list, or yes or no.

Columns can't be renamed or removed yet, by you or by Lenz.

Filter, sort and search

• Filter: pick a column and a condition (is, is not, is empty, is filled in). Filters show as chips; click one to remove it.
• Sort by: pick a column, or click its header. Click again to flip the order.
• Show columns: hide what you don't need.
• Search this table: matches any text in the rows.

Views

Open the view menu above the table and choose Save current as a view. A view keeps its filters, sort and columns, but not the search.

The page's address holds the whole view. Send the link and anyone in the workspace sees the same thing.

Export

Choose Export CSV from the table's ⋯ menu to download the rows. To export everything in the workspace, see Delete your account.

Deleting a table

Owners can choose Delete table… from the table's ⋯ menu. It deletes the rows, views and history. Tables linked to it aren't touched. This can't be undone.
