Email / Booking links

Booking links

Add your Calendly or Cal.com link, and Lenz puts it in emails that ask for time. No sign-in, and it never opens the link.

Open Integrations in the sidebar and choose Add link on Calendly or Cal.com. Paste your link and click Save link. The card then shows Connected with your link, and Manage opens it again.

There's nothing to sign in to. Lenz doesn't connect to Calendly or Cal.com, can't see your calendar, and never opens the link. It only pastes it.

  • Calendly: calendly.com/… or a subdomain of it, like calendly.com/your-name/30min.
  • Cal.com: cal.com/… or app.cal.com/…. On your own domain? Tick It's a Cal.com page on my own domain and any https address works.

It has to be https://. Leave that part off and Lenz adds it. The link to your own page is needed, not the vendor's home page.

When Lenz uses it

When an email Lenz writes for you proposes a call or a meeting, or asks for time, it adds your link exactly as you saved it, as plain text. Emails that don't ask for time go without it.

With no link saved, Lenz doesn't put a booking link in at all, and it doesn't make one up. Every draft still waits in Approvals, so you see the link before anything sends.

Per workspace, per person

Your link is yours, in this workspace. Everyone in a workspace adds their own, and a different workspace can have a different link.

You have one link at a time: saving a Cal.com link replaces a Calendly one. Settings → Email shows the link you have here, under Booking link.

Removing it

Manage, then Remove. Lenz stops adding it here straight away. There's nothing else to revoke, since it never had access to anything.
